Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst specializing in CAD for a key long-term initiative with a major transportation client in Washington, DC. This role is focused on the critical standardization and cleansing of facility and real estate asset data to establish a consistent CAD baseline for the client's Smart Properties Technology team. While the position is fully remote, we are specifically targeting candidates in the Mid-Atlantic region to facilitate occasional in-person meetings.

responsibilities:
Data Standardization: Create, manipulate, and cleanse complex CAD plans to ensure all facility and real estate assets meet rigorous corporate standards.
Baseline Establishment: Develop and maintain a consistent CAD baseline to accelerate the readiness of physical infrastructure documentation.
Technical Asset Management: Perform deep-dive cleansing of legacy architectural and engineering drawings to ensure data integrity across the property portfolio.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Smart Properties Technology team to align CAD deliverables with broader asset management and technology goals.
Remote Coordination: Manage project timelines independently while maintaining regular communication with the leadership team in the Eastern Time Zone.
qualifications:
Senior Expertise: Proven experience operating at a Senior Infrastructure Analyst level, specifically within CAD-heavy environments.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/MicroStation) with a focus on facility, real estate, or infrastructure assets.
Project Leadership: Experience with large-scale data migration or standardization projects, such as preparing data for IWMS or BIM integration.
Certification/Education: PMP or CSPO certifications are a plus, reflecting the team's project-management-centric culture.
