Experienced House Cleaner / Quality Inspector – Go Green Cleaning Experts

Location: Chester County & Delaware County, PA
Schedule: Paid Training to start, with opportunity to transition to full-time for high-performing team members
Pay: $18–$24/hour (based on experience)

About the Position:

• We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner / Quality Inspector who takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
• This role involves not only performing residential cleanings but also ensuring that all work meets our quality standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, thorough, and able to maintain consistency across every home.
• This is a part-time role to start, with strong potential for full-time based on performance and reliability.
• Typical hours are between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, depending on scheduled jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed residential cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas).
• Follow company checklists and cleaning standards consistently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all areas meet company expectations.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment properly.
• Report any damages, issues, or concerns promptly.
• Ensure homes are secured (lights off, doors locked) after service.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients.
• Communicate clearly regarding job completion and any follow-ups needed.

Requirements:

• Prior residential cleaning experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow systems and maintain consistency.
• Comfortable using eco-friendly cleaning products.
• Must have a reliable mobile phone for communication.
