We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to lead our cold storage operations team. salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff
- Ensure efficient workflow for receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
- Train, motivate, and manage warehouse personnel
- Operate stand-up forklifts (Crown/Raymond) as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and cold storage regulations
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
- Experience operating stand-up Crown and/or Raymond forklifts (required)
- Comfortable working in a cold storage environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts and a Monday–Saturday schedule
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
