Job Description

System4 Facility Services Management is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Associate to support our operations team. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems, ensuring that information is current, organized, and accessible. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and able to manage large volumes of information with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
• Process work orders, invoices, and service-related documentation
• Maintain digital and electronic records in an organized manner
• Assist with data audits and quality control checks
• Generate reports and summaries as requested by management
• Communicate with internal teams to verify and clarify information
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Support administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
• 1–2 years of data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
