Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of warehouse, ERP, inventory, and receiving teams. It involves planning, verifying, assigning, and maintaining accurate records for incoming materials, packaging, and finished goods stored in the freezer.
The supervisor provides daily direction to team members based on production needs and works closely with other departments to ensure a smooth flow from receiving products through to final shipment preparation. If interested please contact Evan at 631-337-8447

Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving operations to ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and in good condition.
- Plan and organize storage space for raw materials, finished goods, packaging, and dry inventory across freezers, coolers, and storage areas.
- Check material handling equipment for any issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance or external service providers.
- Lead and manage inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Use the ERP system effectively and ensure team members are properly trained to maximize its use.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and performance for material handling equipment.
