In the role of Sr. Director, Federal Government Affairs working in Washington, DC, you will be a part of the Legal & Government Affairs team. You will oversee federal legislative, regulatory, and political priorities, ensuring that Molson Coors’ strategies are executed within Congress and the Administration. You are responsible for leading and directing the execution of our political program capability, including supporting our federal Political Action Committee, and coordinating cross-functional support for legislative and regulatory priorities aligned with our business objectives.
This position reports to the Vice President - Government Affairs, and works closely across the legal & government affairs, sales, communications, community engagement, finance, and supply chain functions.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $188,900.00- $248,000.00(posting salary range) + 30% target short term incentive + target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
