Job Description

Primary Focus: SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot (6-9 years' experience)

Join our dynamic technology team as a Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Solutions Architect, where you will spearhead the development of modern workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, and the wider Microsoft 365 suite. You'll architect, deliver, and optimize enterprise platforms that enable smarter knowledge management, enhanced teamwork, and digital transformation for a global client in the financial sector.

• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and related technologies to drive intelligent search, collaboration, and process automation.
• Implementation Leadership: Lead the build and rollout of Microsoft collaboration platforms, integrating Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph, and AI-driven tools across business units.
• Content & Knowledge Management: Establish scalable information architectures, document management strategies, and permission schemas to improve discoverability and compliance.
• Process Integration: Automate business workflows and connect third-party systems using Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, and cloud integration tools.
• Governance & Compliance: Implement robust governance, access controls, lifecycle management, and compliance processes in accordance with industry regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with technical, security, product, and business teams to define platform roadmaps, standards, and reusable frameworks.
• Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance, user experience, and adoption of enterprise collaboration environments.
• Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guidance. Mentor team members on best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years' experience architecting and administering Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments in large organizations
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and/or integrating AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 services
• Proven capability to deliver integration with Microsoft Graph, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
• Expertise in content structure design, taxonomy, metadata, permissions, and information governance
• Past success in automating business processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, or comparable tools
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

• Experience tuning search, metadata, or document management for AI or Copilot-powered solutions
• Awareness of Purview, regulatory compliance, security, and records management in financial or regulated industries
• Familiarity with SPFx, Azure integration, workflow automation, or enterprise security frameworks
• Consulting, financial services, or large-scale professional services background is an advantage

• Technical leadership in digital workplace and collaboration tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Focus on secure, scalable architecture and operational efficiency
• Team-oriented with a proactive, mentorship approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication for broad audiences
