• Must be at least 14 years old
• Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week
• Must be available to work at least 3 days per week
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to work around hot equipment

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve Guests and Team Members with honor, dignity, and respect
• Create an environment of hospitality
• Work with a sense of urgency in all positions
• Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Communicating effectively with fellow Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Arrive and depart from shifts at scheduled times
• Other duties as assigned
