We are a fast paced team that capitalizes on all guests who walk through the door and strut out. We specialize in full body waxing for both men and women. With our unique patented hard wax and five step process. Our guest get the best waxing experience in the industry!

Roles and Responsibilities

The role of a Guest Service Sales Associate (GSA) is to represent European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner while upholding the company’s core values. To make all guests look and feel confident is our goal by delighting our guests with the greatest customer service experience.

As a Sales/Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you will use your expertise in sales and customer service to ensure every moment is an opportunity to build a connection with guests.

• If you want a non-sales “office” job, this isn’t it. You must pitch and sell to every guest. 
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Maintain a clean and professional lobby and workspace
• Answer inbound calls, book reservations, up sale services when booking and checking guests out. 
• Greet all guests who walk through the door in a confident and professional manner. 
• Must be able to multitask and work in a high volume atmosphere
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs
• Must have the flexibility to meet shift requirements, be able to work flexible days/hours, including weekends
• 6-8 hour shifts
• Keyholder position
• Open availability is a plus 
• Early hours and late closings 
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!

• Total Compensation Ranges from $15.75 per hour - $25+ per hour (total compensation = hourly wage + commissions + bonuses)
