Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated RN with at least 1 year of home health experience to provide compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in Woodhaven, MI and surrounding areas. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring their health and well-being through skilled nursing interventions. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document all nursing activities accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and promoting wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
• Travel to patient homes in Woodhaven and surrounding areas for scheduled visits.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health nursing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to patient homes.
• Current CPR certification.
