Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN with Kinnser experience to provide exceptional home care services in Troy, MI, and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while supporting their health goals and care plans. Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting following physician orders and care plans.
  • Document patient assessments, care, and progress using Kinnser software accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and health maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing home health care.
  • Maintain professional nursing standards and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
  • Current and valid RN license in Michigan.
  • Proven experience with Kinnser home care documentation system.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Troy and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
