A Day in the Life

As our Retail Animations Specialist for the Luxe Division in Melbourne, you will be instrumental in bringing our prestigious brands to life in the retail space. You will design and execute captivating in-store events and animations that create unforgettable consumer experiences and drive sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing the end-to-end execution of the retail animation calendar, from concept to in-store implementation.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and education teams to ensure animations are aligned with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Partnering with our retail partners to secure prime locations and ensure flawless execution of product launches, pop-ups, events, and visual merchandising updates.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines, while analysing the performance and ROI of each activation to gather insights for future initiatives.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics. You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and understand how to translate brand identity into powerful in-store experiences.

You're a great match for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in a visual merchandising role, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or high-end retail sector.
  • A strong creative eye, with proficiency in design principles and the ability to develop clear VM guidelines.
  • Must have experience with Sketch Up
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and suppliers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external retail partners.
  • A solid understanding of the Australian retail landscape and consumer behaviour.
