Sales & Recruiting Consultant
SGA Is a top 250 Recruiting Firm and we are expanding our team.

We are seeking three professionals to join our Team: Hospitality Temp Staffing, Healthcare Temp Staffing and our Executive Search recruiting team

Location: Saratoga Springs, New York This is not a remote role.
Competitive Base Salary plus commissions. Uncapped Income

You will have the ability to sell full time and staffing solutions to corporations across a variety of industries.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Identify Opportunities: Use your keen insights to pinpoint businesses in need of strategic workforce services and solutions. Warm leads will be provided too.
  • Build Relationships: Engage hiring managers through multiple channels—phone, text, email, social media, and face-to-face—to forge strong connections.
  • Foster Strategic Partnerships: Connect with key decision-makers, establishing long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
  • Drive Results: Collaborate through extensive outreach efforts, including warm calls, cold calls, virtual appointments, and on-site client meetings, to generate leads and revenue.

What You Need to Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant professional sales experience.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in business development, ideally within B2B sales, customer service, or staffing settings.
  • A background in Hospitality, Healthcare, or Business Operations is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities to solve problems effectively.
  • Proven record of achieving results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy landscape.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications, including Gmail, calendar, and shared drives.
  • A knack for connecting with others and building rapport through various communication methods.
