We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Office Technical Assistant. The Office Technical Assistant's main areas of responsibility are to provide bench tech support, administrative and office support, and on-site IT support assistance. This is an entry-level role at SPN Networks that provides endless opportunities for career growth and advancement. We promote based on performance, which means passion and dedication determine growth. We encourage our team to grow their knowledge of technology by promoting development opportunities.
Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of customer service experience in an office setting, technical knowledge with basic troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with IT equipment procurement and inventory management. Preference will be given to recent Computer Science and Information Technology graduates and candidates with CompTIA A+ and/or MTA certifications.

This position is based out of our office in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and is not a remote position. This is a full-time position. This position is subject to a 90-day probationary period.
