Office Coordinator

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule Options:

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We are hiring two Office Coordinators to support our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Dispatch technicians based on location, urgency, and skillset
• Manage and adjust routes throughout the day to maximize efficiency
• Communicate schedule updates with technicians and customers
• Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments
• Keep ServiceTitan accurate with notes, statuses, and job details
• Coordinate with CSR team to ensure full and optimized schedules
• Support same-day service opportunities and priority calls

What You Bring

• Experience with dispatching, routing, or scheduling (preferred)
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communication
• Comfort using scheduling software
