As the Office Coordinator , you’ll be the welcoming face of a company where creativity, quality, and joy come together. This role is perfect for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail to every interaction. From greeting guests with a smile to keeping our beautifully designed office running smoothly, you’ll help create a front-of-house experience that reflects the charm and imagination at the core of our luxury brand. This role is onsite office based 5 days a week.

You'll be:

  • Managing front-of-house operations including greeting guests, directing visitors, and notifying employees of arrivals.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all visitors, candidates, and vendors, delivering a high-quality, brand-aligned experience.

  • Overseeing visitor management processes, including logs, passes, and security protocols.

  • Maintain a highly polished, welcoming reception area aligned with Jellycat brand standards.

  • Coordinating weekly catering.

  • Receiving and sorting daily mail with efficiency.

  • Providing general administrative support as needed.

  • Assisting with employee engagement activities and office events.

  • Supporting health & safety initiatives and compliance processes.

  • Partnering closely with the Office Manager on day-to-day office operations, including:

    • Ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.

    • Managing key fobs and garage access cards.

    • Submitting gym access waiver forms.

You'll have:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, particularly with changing priorities.

  • A keen eye and attention to detail.

  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • A high level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • A professional presence with a friendly and approachable appearance.

  • A passion for delivering memorable experiences.

  • A flexible and adaptable approach.

  • Ideally First Aid trained/ general health & safety awareness.
