Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for various tasks related to receiving, shipping and dispatching. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced distribution center and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping documentation, monitor shipment status, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, document incoming produce shipments accurately, verify quality and purchase order conformity, and promptly report any issues.
• Receive and process customer orders for transportation services, coordinate with drivers and third- party carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery times
• Maintain accurate inventory data by recording and correcting product logging information, managing inventory levels, and organizing products.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of products as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time.
• Monday ~ Friday: Day Shift 8:00 am -5:30 pm.
• Saturday occasionally.
• (Overtime may be required based on business needs. Employees will receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 hours per week, in accordance with applicable labor laws.)
• Location: 7801 Dorsey Run Rd. #100, Jessup, MD 20794 

Compensation:

The pay range for this job is between $17 and $20 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) the responsibilities of the job, your education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
