The Mortgage Document Imaging Coordinator is a long-term contract. salary: $17.9 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Manage Mortgage Backed Security Documents from receipt to placement of them in the vault
- Receive original and non-original documents from multiple sources including shipment, fax, and computer
- Document receipt of documents correctly in the computer system
- Prep the documents for proper handling, filing, and recovery
- Scan the documents into the required data management systems
- Validate that the documents came through in clear and complete form
- Utilize your keen eye for detail to perform quality assurance
- Organize and file the documents and file for proper storage in the vault
- Take your two 15-minute breaks and dinner at the scheduled time
