Ready to lead by example on the production floor? Envision / Plastics Plus is hiring a skilled Metal Fabricator and Brake Press Operator to setup and stage our critical workstations—including Amada Press Brakes, PEM machines, and Spot Welders.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Setup/Stage all workstations and necessary materials, including but not limited to:
o Amada Press Brakes
o PEM machines
o Spot Welders
• Assign responsibilities to team members.
• Advanced communication & interpersonal skills.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Must adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Must be prepared and flexible to perform associated job functions that are not specifically identified in this job
description.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 35lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
