Experienced Foreman Masons Wanted – Nolan Masonry

Job Title: Masonry Foreman (Commercial Experience Required)
Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Based in Chambersburg, PA – projects throughout South Central PA, Frederick, MD area, and the West Virginia Panhandle.

Job Description:
Nolan Masonry is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead commercial masonry projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, the ability to manage crews efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of masonry crews on commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Train, mentor, and manage crew members
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Monitor material usage and maintain quality control standards
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry experience (required)
• Proven experience in a foreman or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques (block, brick, stone)
• Ability to read blueprints and layout work
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple crews or large-scale commercial projects
• OSHA certification
