POSITION SUMMARY
As an Insurance Agent at Medicare Joe®, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through their Medicare enrollment journey. This is a full-time, onsite sales role focused on educating clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and building long-term relationships through trust, performance, and professionalism. You will be supported with hands-on training, a proven appointment-setting system, and the opportunity to build a high-earning, residual-based book of business. The goal for the Agent position is to maximize conversations with prospects and begin to build their own client book of business while using all of the resources that are provided by our company.
