Job Description

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Berkley, MI and surrounding areas. Utilize your prior homecare RN experience to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while promoting health and wellness in a compassionate and professional manner. You will play a vital role in supporting patients’ independence and improving their quality of life in a home setting. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and progress; report changes to healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and medication adherence.
  • Document nursing services and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain infection control and safety standards in homecare environments.
Requirements
  • Valid RN license and prior experience in homecare nursing.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Berkley and surrounding areas.
  • Current CPR certification.
