Schedule: Part-Time | Wednesday 8:00am–1:30pm or 1:30pm–6:30pm (rotating), Thursday 8:00am–6:00pm, Friday 8:00am–5:00pm | In-Person

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll be the face of Breakthrough HQ the moment patients walk through our doors — and the reassuring voice they hear on the other end of the phone. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for patients, answering calls, welcoming arrivals, managing the schedule, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.
This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a busy environment, handles challenges with a calm, positive attitude, and takes genuine satisfaction in a well-run day.
