Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid – 3–4 days in-office)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $40,000 – $48,000/year + performance bonus
Employment Type: Permanent

Overview

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur managing multiple successful businesses. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while protecting leadership time and driving efficiency across all business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume email communications and maintain inbox organization (inbox zero daily)
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities
• Plan travel arrangements and business events
• Track expenses and assist with financial monitoring
• Oversee project timelines and ensure proactive follow-ups
• Handle operational details that keep business functions running smoothly
• Anticipate needs and take initiative without direction
• Prioritize tasks that directly impact business growth and revenue

Requirements

Must Have:

• Comfortable with high-volume email, calendar, and tools
• Be efficient, clear, and committed
• Extremely organized, discreet, and proactive

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting executives or business owners
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with project management or productivity tools
