The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the Chick-fil-A Polaris Parkway and Westerville locations. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency across payroll, invoicing, scheduling, and communication. Main Responsibilities

• The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative and financial tasks for both Polaris and Westerville Chick-fil-A locations, including payroll, benefits coordination, invoicing, and scheduling
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing, 401(k) updates, bill pay, and financial documentation
• Maintain organized systems for invoices and all administrative documentation
• Manage and respond to emails, ensuring clear, professional communication and proper follow-up
• Oversee and maintain the Operator’s calendar
• Communicate scheduling details clearly and proactively to all relevant parties
• Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail from both restaurant locations, ensuring timely handling of important documents
• Support the leadership team with daily administrative needs and special projects
• Work closely with restaurant leaders and team members to provide operational support, coordination, and communication
• Enthusiastically support the team and leadership through encouragement, consistency, and attention to detail
