Content & Social Media Manager (In-Shop)

Dynamic Auto Pros – Garden City, Idaho

Dynamic Auto Pros is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our online presence and help grow the brand through consistent, high-quality content.

This is an in-shop, hands-on role —you’ll be actively creating content inside the shop, capturing real work, and helping turn that into leads, engagement, and long-term brand growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Filming and creating content daily in the shop (PPF, wraps, tint, detailing)
• Shooting before & afters , process videos, and highlight content
• Editing videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Writing captions and posting consistently across all platforms
• Planning and executing promotions and campaigns
• Assisting with blog content and website updates and Newsletters
• Managing comments, messages, and basic customer engagement
• Helping maintain a consistent brand voice and content style
• Posting Daily on GMB
• Event Coordination & Booth Representative (Only a few a year)

• Consistent, high-quality content being posted weekly
• Increased engagement, followers, and visibility
• Content that actually helps drive leads and booked jobs
• Organized, planned-out campaigns (not last-minute posting)
• Natural SEO from consistent high authority Blogs
• Newsletter Growth

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing social media accounts or creating content consistently
• Comfortable filming in a fast-paced shop environment
• Confident being on camera if needed and directing others when needed
• Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Organized and able to plan content ahead—not just react
• Interest in automotive (or willingness to learn quickly)

Pay & Schedule

• $19–$25/hr (based on experience) + Performance based bonuses
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-40hrs weekly)
• In-shop role (Garden City, ID)
