Certified Medication Aide/Tech (CMT) Job description: Bridgeport Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our team! We are currently hiring for all shifts, offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, resident-centered community. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, we would love to meet you. Position Summary The Medication Technician is responsible for administering medications and providing direct care to residents while ensuring safety, dignity, and compliance with all state regulations and community policies. Responsibilities

  • Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and care
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families
  • Follow all Washington State regulations and community policies
Qualifications * Required:
  • Active Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) or Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification
  • Nurse Delegation certificates needed
* Preferred:
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
  • Medication administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
