What You’ll Do: * Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals. * Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition. * Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun. * Work closely with families and team members to ensure residents receive personalized, compassionate care. * Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.
