What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years in Business Development / Partnerships / Channel roles
• Proven ability to drive deals and deliver commercial results
• Strong business acumen and market awareness
• Solid execution skills with the ability to manage complex projects
• Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

Nice to Have

• Experience in IoT / Smart Hardware / B2B tech
• Exposure to North American markets
• English as a working language

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships and channel relationships
• Identify and execute high-value business opportunities aligned with company strategy
• Own the full deal cycle: sourcing, negotiation, structuring, and execution
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver results
• Explore and iterate on GTM approaches (channel, co-selling, ecosystem partnerships)
• Track performance and continuously improve partnership effectiveness
