Sodexo Live! is seeking polished, detail-oriented professionals to join the team at the prestigious Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club as an Appearance Care Ambassador.

This is more than a traditional janitorial or housekeeping role. As an Appearance Care Ambassador, you will help maintain the elevated atmosphere and luxury standards expected within one of the airport industry’s most premium lounge experiences. Every detail matters — from immaculate seating areas and pristine restrooms to the overall presentation and comfort of the lounge environment.

The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club is designed for sophisticated travelers seeking elevated dining, relaxation, premium amenities, and exceptional service while traveling through one of the nation’s busiest airports. We are looking for hospitality-minded professionals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming, and refined spaces for guests from around the world.

Requirements:

• Selected candidates must successfully pass a TSA background check and airport badging process.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or appearance care experience preferred.
• Open availability and schedule flexibility required, including weekends and holidays.

About the Role:

As an Appearance Care Ambassador, you will serve as an essential part of the guest experience by ensuring the lounge consistently reflects luxury hospitality standards. You will work behind the scenes and within guest-facing spaces to maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall lounge presentation throughout daily operations.

This role is ideal for professionals who value attention to detail, take pride in their work, and understand the importance of maintaining a first-class environment within a premium hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lounge Appearance & Cleanliness:

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all lounge areas, including seating spaces, dining areas, restrooms, corridors, beverage stations, and guest entryways.
• Perform continuous cleaning and sanitizing throughout the lounge to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
• Monitor lounge conditions proactively and respond immediately to appearance or cleanliness concerns 
• Support floor care, waste removal, restroom servicing, and surface sanitation throughout operational hours.
• Ensure all guest amenities are fully stocked, including paper products, soap, sanitizer, and lounge supplies.

Guest Experience Support:

• Maintain a professional, polished, and discreet presence within the lounge environment.
• Provide friendly interactions and directional assistance to guests when appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and guest services teams to support a seamless lounge experience.
• Take pride in creating a clean, calm, and welcoming atmosphere for travelers.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all Sodexo Live!, Chase Sapphire Lounge, TSA, and airport safety procedures.
• Adhere to sanitation, hygiene, and risk management standards at all times.
• Properly use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety materials according to training guidelines.
• Participate in operational meetings, trainings, and safety briefings as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or appearance care experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in guest-facing environments.
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and workplace safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.

Working Environment:

• Primarily indoor, climate-controlled lounge environment.
• Moderate to high guest traffic throughout operational hours.
• Flexible scheduling required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as business needs dictate.
• Moderate noise levels during peak travel periods.
