- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Serve as the primary owner of client accounts after initial onboarding, building long-term relationships rooted in trust, communication, and value delivery.
- Understand clients' business goals, objectives, and key performance indicators to ensure alignment with our services.
- Set expectations with clients, manage high-level account goals, and ensure Project Managers have the context and resources they need to succeed.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure client work is executed on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Regularly check in with clients to gauge satisfaction and provide strategic support.
- Serve as the voice of the client internally, advocating for their needs while balancing operational considerations.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to support new growth by joining sales calls and managing the estimates process for new partnerships, and ensure a seamless handoff from sales to delivery.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities and additional service offerings that align with client needs.
- Provide detailed updates and account health reports to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and senior-level check-ins with high-value accounts.
- Resolve client concerns promptly, professionally, and empathetically, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role—preferably within a digital agency or tech company.
- Must work Pacific or Eastern Time Zone.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and empathetically.
- Able to manage multiple clients simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong understanding of digital/web development services and how they apply to agency needs.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver value to clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
